Roland Coulombe

Roland Coulombe likes to take center stage at PlanetCPU and welcome everyone through the door. He’s a people person, so he is happiest working with the customers and their technological questions.  In fact, you could say Roland is like a translator. As a technician himself, his role is to listen, interpret and explain with total accuracy so that he and the other technicians understand the issues to be resolved and the customer understands what is going to happen.  You could say he is fluent in customer service.

A PlanetCPU veteran, Roland likes it here because we have great customers and a fabulous team that works hard, but play hard too. There is always something new to learn, always something to figure out and always a laugh to keep things moving.
