Trip Rate
All “At-Home” and “On-Site SMB / Corporate” service calls are subject to a trip rate, which covers time, expenses and fuel during the travel process to your location. Only one “trip fee” is billed per service call (not both ways). Millage is determined from our Fergus depot.

Zone “C” (30+ km) – Regular Service Rate X 1 Way Driving Time
