Rob Naylor is a taskmaster, a multi-tasker and an all-around task-completer (we made that up) with the ability to provide the kind of friendly, informative customer service we are known for here. Plus he has the technical wizardry and know-how to work with the technology we service, with skills that allow him to go behind the wall of the Planet CPU tech area. We don’t let just anybody back there, you know.
He’s a dedicated team player with a sense of humour and a serious need to figure things out until they work again. Whether he’s out in front answering questions or offering advice on our line of products, you know he’s not going to be happy until our customers are thrilled with our service.
